Club Ladder Rules

The Club Ladder is open to full flying members of Stratford Gliding Club and to visiting pilots
Only full flying members of Stratford Gliding Club are eligible for ladder trophies
The Ladder follows the BGA Ladder rules
- Scoring by BGA calculation
- BGA aircraft handicaps, April 2002 revision
- Only cross-country flights, no height gains
- Pilots score their best four flights
- Dual flights are credited to the P1
To be eligible for the ladder, a flight must be one of these:
- Launched at Snitterfield
- Landed at Snitterfield
- Declared to start and finish at SNI or SN2
- Representing Stratford in a competition
- Flown during an organised expedition
Flights which are eligible are claimed by their appearance in the Cross-Country book within two weeks of the date of the flight
The ladder closes on 30th September
The Cross-Country book is for all flights flown by Club members, not just ladder flights, and is the source of the annual statistics.
