Club Ladder
- The Club Ladder is open to full flying members
of Stratford Gliding Club and to visiting pilots
- Only full flying members of Stratford Gliding Club
are eligible for ladder trophies
- The Ladder follows the BGA Ladder rules
- Scoring by BGA calculation
- BGA aircraft handicaps, April 2002 revision
- Only cross-country flights, no height gains
- Pilots score their best four flights
- Dual flights are credited to the P1
- To be eligible for the ladder, a flight must be one of these:
- Launched at Snitterfield
- Landed at Snitterfield
- Declared to start and finish at SNI or SN2
- Representing Stratford in a competition
- Flown during an organised expedition
- Flights which are eligible are claimed by their appearance
in the Cross-Country book
within two weeks of the date of the flight
- The ladder closes on 30th September
- The Cross-Country book is for all flights flown by
Club members, not just ladder flights, and is the source
of the annual statistics.
