We have no accommodation on site. If you like, you can bring a caravan or a tent and stay on the airfield at no charge.

Stratford upon Avon is a tourist centre, and there is plenty of inexpensive Bed-and-Breakfast accommodation there. Stratford is three minutes away from Snitterfield (by glider, that is - by road, tourist traffic plays a big part in the journey).

There are a few places to stay in the local villages. These are some that we know about within ten minutes (by road) of the airfield, and which have a web site. We have good reports of these, but it's just a list, and it's up to you which, if any, you choose to visit.

Accommodation Britain is a site that gives a pretty big choice of accommodation in Warwickshire within 20 minutes drive of the airfield.

Googling for STRATFORD AVON BED BREAKFAST or STRATFORD AVON HOTEL will lead you to plenty of accommodation web sites. These tend to be selective in what they advertise, though, so they're not at all exhaustive. Also, there are hotels that are jumping on the tourism bandwagon by claiming to be in Stratford whereas they're really ten miles away.

If you're visiting Stratford, there's a tourist guide to Shakespeare's Stratford here which tells you about a lot of things going on in the area, local services, restaurants, and accommodation.
