Selecting what to buy

The Information buttons give you more information about each item. This includes details of what the voucher entails, the conditions under which we sell it, and the constraints on the age, size, and health of the people we can fly with. You must read this information before you buy a voucher, to avoid possible disappointment if we are unable to fly with the holder. If the button is red, you must read this information and then contact the Club.

Please select the voucher or vouchers you would like to buy and click the Add to Basket button. Whatever you select is added to a PayPal Shopping Cart, and PayPal opens a new browser window listing what you have selected so far. You can switch back to the Stratford Gliding Club page to select another item, or use the PayPal Checkout button to pay.

Payment

Go to the PayPal Shopping Cart page by switching the browser window, or by clicking View Basket. You can review and change your order there. Once you're happy with the result, click PayPal's Checkout button to complete the purchase. Until you have completed PayPal's forms, you are not committed to any purchase.

Once you have paid, PayPal will send you an email confirming your purchase. A representative of Stratford GC will contact you soon.

Cancellation

You can cancel your purchases by clicking Cancel. You can also cancel your order, or change it, from the PayPal Shopping Cart.

Refunds

The Club will consider refunding a payment only in exceptional circumstances, although we will be sympathetic to genuine reasons. Vouchers do not expire, and are transferrable. Any refund must be completed within 60 days of purchase.

If you feel you have justification for a refund, contact the Payments Administrator. If we think it's appropriate, refunds will be made in full and promptly. If you are not happy with our decision or our reasons, please open a PayPal Dispute to resolve this matter.
